My goal is always to get to Yes. The outcome of a project always depends on the agency decision-making. By leveraging knowledge of the process and experience within the agency, your project will be very well situated to have a successful outcome but there is never a guarantee.
How do you structure your contracts and billing?
Common Ground Partners customary billing practice is to accept engagement on a mutually approved scope of work based on a monthly retainer. Any contract is month to month and can be cancelled at any time, with or without cause, by either party with ten-day notice. I am vested with every client and available to them 24/7. My goal is to get through the process successfully and meet your needs.
What if my needs change during the contract period?
If the initial scope of work evolves, we will engage in an iterative process to mutually adjust as required.
